BeeBeeBrooklyn was created in 2011 after I moved to New York City.  Living in Brooklyn, I was surrounded by artists, and found myself creating for the first time in years.

Embroidery has always been a part of my life, an escape from whatever is going on.  In 2014 I decided to open BeeBeeBrooklyn, channeling my inspiration into thread and fabric. I’ve never been known for keeping my opinions to myself and that trait has bled into my embroidery. In 2017 that became an official focus of the business, and since then a portion of all proceeds is donated to non-profit groups doing the important work of fighting for equal rights and opportunities for women and minorities.
